Good to see that the site is coming along in leaps and bounds. I like your new approach to opening up the site so that it becomes a resource of what you do and how you can help others. Seems a more intuitive way of disseminating lessons learnt to users that need help. It should be a powerful resource if used in this direction. Well done.
